Excellent service. We were delayed going through security after arrival but our driver was still waiting for us. Immaculate vehicle and very obliging driver. Would definitely recommend it.

"Dwayne represents his company and community with the knowledge of the history/culture of the area that he shared with us. We had 3 couples that he not only transported between the Airport and our hotel, but he also took us on a tour of "his city" not the regular tourist thinks (at our request). We spent several hours visiting parts of New Orleans devastated by Katrina, where Dwayne shared the history of the area before and after Katrina hit. We also visited Kermit's in-law, and Stuph' D (had stuffed beignets) which we had never heard of but they were great, finishing up at Fat Tuesday (Drive up adult beverages)."

"This was our first trip (12 ppl) to NO and found Prime Transit on Trip Advisor and they did not disappoint. Dwayne shuttled us to and from the airport and hotel. He was waiting for us as we came down to baggage claim and he was super easy to find. On the return, he had to pick us up at 4 am and arrived early as well. Very easy to book with and prompt communication via email. All around nice guy, very professional and personable. Thank you Dwayne for the excellent service!"

I have no idea where to begin with this review so I'll start with just the energy! It was unmatched! I'm so big on energy and he hit it out the park! I don't usually do reviews but I couldn't pass up the opportunity to let you know if you're ever in New Orleans and want to be taken care of and taken to your destination safely, Prime is your guy! He is so detailed and down to earth, there's no better way to be welcomed! Next time I'm in NOLA he's definitely the guy I'm hitting up for transport and to know where the best spots to eat and enjoy myself! Thanks so much for everything and I'll see you sooner than later!
